Cancellation Policy

Cancellations accepted up to 24 hours before the scheduled service. Within 24 hours of the service, cancellations will be charged 50% of the scheduled cost.

Deposits are NON- refundale and are required for all services.

While At Your Appointment:

-Please arrive no earlier than (5) minutes before your scheduled appointment time.


-No extra guest permitted unless being serviced. 


Services Not offered:

-Micro/Sisterlock Service: I do not service traditional micro/sisterlocks with the interlocking method.


-I do not service children under 10 years of age

photo & video consent notice:

By booking or receiving a service with Locd & Loded, you acknowledge and consent that:

  • You may appear in photos or videos taken during your appointment.
  • These may be shared on our website, social media, and other promotional platforms.
  • You are comfortable being recorded or photographed while services are being performed.

If you prefer not to be recorded or photographed, please let me know before your service begins.
